Paris Trip for Parents

Following our very successful day trips for pupils, we would like to offer parents and carers the opportunity to go on a guided day-trip to Paris on Tuesday 10th July. We hope you find this idea as exciting as we do!

The trip would include

  • Return Travel by Euro star from St Pancras to the heart of Paris
  • Metro travel within Paris
  • Visiting the Arc de Triomphe for a panoramic view of the city and its famous sites
  • A one hour boat trip from the foot of the Eiffel Tower with audio commentary
  • An opportunity to buy a crêpe and souvenirs near the Eiffel Tower
  • Two free 45 minute French lessons held in school in the weeks before the visit. You do not have to attend these. We will cover simple and useful language you may need if you take your children to Paris on your own. (E.g. buying tickets, ice creams, pancakes, using French numbers, greetings, understanding the metro system)

The trip is subsidised for you at £108.00

You will need

  • a valid passport
  • a free NHS EHIC card (we will help you obtain this)
  • spending money in Euros for your ice-cream/pancake/souvenirs
  • To make arrangements for the care of your children as this trip is for adults only

To find out more and reserve your place read the Paris Day Trip letter.
