We currently have vacancies for 1 x KS1 Class Teacher, 1 x School Crossing Patrol Officer and 1 Mealtime Supervisor

We are a thriving, inclusive, creative federation made up of two fantastic schools in Cricklewood NW2. Claremont & Childs Hill Primaries. Our federation is a member of The Elliot Foundation Education Trust, a child centred  positive thinking organisation with whom we share common visions and values. Namely that all children deserve a good education and that education should be of the whole child. We have high aspirations academically, developmentally and creatively for all pupils and our diverse community work in partnership with us in achieving our goals.

School Crossing Patrol Officer

Could you be our new School Crossing Patrol Officer at Childs Hill School?  You will be at the heart of our community helping keep our children and families safe:

Duties include:

  • Keep the school crossing safe

  • Help children and families/adults understand road safety or

  • Help children and families safely across the road

  • Be available every day Monday to Friday both in the morning and afternoon (8.15am to 9.00am and 3.15pm to 4.00pm) term time only.  

Full training and uniform will be provided.  Rate of pay is approximately £11.22 per hour (equivalent to London Living Wage).

Mealtime Supervisor

Would you enjoy working with children?   Can you make lunchtime a happy time?  We are looking for a happy, enthusiastic and motivated Mealtime Supervisor.  You will need to be available every day (Monday to Friday) over the lunchtime (11.30am-1.300pm or 12.00pm  to 1.30pm (term time only).  Rate of pay is approximately £11.22 per hour (equivalent to London Living Wage). 

Duties include:

  • Being a proactive team member who helps ensure lunchtime runs smoothly

  • Assisting children in the lunch hall

  • Encouraging good table manners and excellent behaviour in the dining hall

  • Playing games indoors/outdoors and ensuring children enjoy lunchtime

  • Working restoratively with children to resolve any issues

  • Making sure children return to the classroom prepared to engage in learning
